No datafeed

today I registered and downloaded the Ninjatrader desktop platform (latest version). I should have 14 days of real data on the futures markets. But I don't have any. Could you please check it. Thank you. There is only Playback option in Connections.

Hello. Yesterday I sent an email to the address you gave me. no one has answered yet. Is it still worth waiting? how long does it take on average to reply please?

I would say, anecdotally, that the answer is somewhere between a few hours and a day or two. But, check your spam folder - maybe they replied and it was misdirected. Perhaps try emailing again and copy/paste the address just to be usre.
