    Inquiry about intermittent disconnection issues with Ninjatrader Program

    Dear Ninja Support Team,

    A few weeks back, I launched a live strategy on the Ninjatrader platform. However, I've been facing intermittent disconnections every day or so, lasting for a few seconds each time, before it reestablishes connection.

    This has been problematic as I've missed out on several trading opportunities due to this issue, especially when it occurred more than once. It's crucial to note that I have a 1gbps/100mbps fiber internet connection, and since upgrading to this service six months ago, I haven't encountered any connectivity problems at all, only with the Ninjatrader Platform.

    Interestingly, today I experienced this disconnection issue twice on one of my strategies, but my other strategy remained enabled even after the connection loss. Consequently, there's a discrepancy in my gross realized Pnl, which stands at $90, each time the connection was lost, this value was raised, and is now significantly higher than the actual realized Pnl of $24.42, It's also important to note that i did have a trade prior to these disconnections that entered and sold at profit, so it might have something to do with the strategy canceling itself once the connection is lost?

    Could you assist me in identifying the potential cause of these disconnections? If it would be helpful, I could provide logs or any other necessary information for you to examine.
    I've provided an image of the last disconnection and the error messages that popped up.

    Do you have a VPN running like ExpressVPN or any other the other ones constantly being advertised on youtube? If so, turn them off because I know they can cause disconnections. Also disable anti virus because programs like McAfee have built in vpns too.

    I was having similar disconnections and finally gave up and went for a ninjamobiletrader vps to run my strategies on because I just couldn't take the disconnections anymore, and haven't had any disconnects on the vps since.

        Actually i'm just using my personal pc without any vpn or vps or anything like that..
