Kinetick & NT brokerage connections are not working

Hello,
my Realtime Kinetick (subscribed) and Kinetick End of day (free) connections are not working. A Message Box is opened and shows this:
Kinetick - End of Day (Free): Error in opening connection.
Kinetick - End of Day (Free), exception caught: One or more errors occurred. (Panic).

Also, when I try connect to my NT brokerage connection the log shows the next message:
Failed to process 'EventuallyConnected': One or more errors occurred.
And I remain without connection to my real account.

Are there any issues in NT & Kinetick servers ?
