Gaps in data

Hello,

I wanted to know why with some instruments I have these gaps between bars for certain instruments like RTY and CL? when I see screenshots from others, they do not have this issue so I wanted to know how do I fix this problem? thank you.

Please write to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com with a copy of your log and trace files as well as a screenshot so we may look further into this item.

In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a message 'ATTN Dennis'.

Additionally, please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
