Did forced update on laptop and now live account won't show, only sim

Hi there,

I have a futures account through NT that is not showing on my laptop after going through the forced update. I have tried the following....

Connections>configure> Select Ninja Trader Continuum> Add> Fill in user name and password> Deselect Demo box> hit OK.

This creates a new option under connections entitled NT Continuum, but only shows a Sim account not my funded account. What steps am I missing? Thanks!

Follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your email.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
