    Yet another 8.1.1.6 Upgrade Issue

    So after the upgrade. The second computer ALSO has an issue. We got an account created at NinjaTrader's website, Imported the Lifetime Key, Downloaded the software and performed an upgrade. And we're presented with login dialog box. Input the username and password (that we just created on the website) and it says 'Loading...'

    And that's it. Got bored so I left it loading, went for a coffee. Came back to check. Still Loading. Maybe it's trying to do some conversion for my replay data? Ok then, let it load. Took a Nap. Came back to check. Still Loading. It hasn't got tired of loading yet. Closed, reopened, logged in again. Still stuck at loading. Checked the forum. One guy was told to start in safe mode. Still more than 10 mins loading in safe mode. Started thinking about reverting back... You know - if it ain't broke.. Still Loading. I'm kinda getting tired of the seeing it Loading. Is there a way to go past loading and maybe actually doing something with it?

    Donno. How long does it have to sit around loading?​

    Donno if I want to upgrade any more of our computers. I have only upgraded 2 computers so far. Both have upgrade issues.

    Thanks for your post.

    Please write in to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com with a brief description of the behavior you are reporting and attach your log and trace files to the email. One of our Support technicians will be happy to assist you as soon as they are available.

    Follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your email.
    • Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
    • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
