    Error access Kinetick

    Hello!

    In past wek or so, not connect every day, but after upgrade for last version I am problems to connect Kinetick.
    Before to try help in Kinetick free EOD, some of users have problems to access free EOD kinetick?

    I attach the error that I have it.

    I try also for some help when close the Ninjatrader:

    When I close Ninja, before total close I have a window, but very quickly disappear, with some error... in log I find this:

    "2023-05-26 16:12:50:025|0|4|Unhandled exception: Invalid window handle"

    Someone know what is this problem?

      Hello jmagaia,

      Are you currently having any internet problems or using a vpn? If you are not having any internet problems or using a vpn I would suggest to try and sync your PC clock. If that does not work please use the Help -> Email support option to email the platform support. Please ensure to keep you log and trace files checked so that they can review the logs for errors.

        I also contact the Kinetick and suggest some checks to my computer.

        But about this problem:

        you have some suggestions to understand what this problem?
        Happened many times when close the Ninja.

          Hello jmagaia,

          Unfortunately that error doesn't really provide and details on what the problem may be. I am not sure that would be related to a connection problem, that may be related to something you are running in a chart. I would suggest to email into support using the details I provided in the last reply so we can look at your log files.
