    Upgrade & DataFeed: Continuum Issues

    So forced upgrade seems to have knocked out my continuum datafeed, error as follows:
    25/05/2023 19:53:44 Connection My NinjaTrader Continuum: Gateway logon timed out. (Logon failed)
    ​Working great pre-upgrade.

    Upgraded to: 8.1.1.6 64-bit

    FXCM Datafeed ok

    Thanks for your post.

    Please write in to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com with a brief description of the behavior you are reporting and attach your log and trace files to your email by following the steps below. One of our Support technicians will be happy to assist you as soon as they are available.

    Follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your email.
    • Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
    • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

        Thanks guys - appreciate the stock answers ... but this isnt an issue with my isp / router / network adapter as the FXCM data feed is stable and working. It is only the continuum feed that is not working.

          Please direct your inquiries to the technician that is assisting you so that they may look into the behavior further.

          To send your comments and future inquiries to the technician, simply reply back to the email they sent to you and they will continue to assist you further.
