    Latest update not responsive

    After updating my software as required it is now not responsive. I am running the 64 bit version and when I click on a window, the outline turns grey/white and hangs.
    After a time (not the same) I am either prompted to Close NT or Wait, or sometimes it will become responsive and take my input. I have found this when when click
    on nearly any window I have open. This makes the platform basically unuasable. This rarely happened with the old ver version and only when I was running Stategy
    Analyzer on a large data set. One time the software crashed and I had to re-login which is a nuisance.

    What is going on? This needs to be stable and responsive. If I had to manually close a position and the platform hung on me when I clicked on the window I would
    be livid if it cost me money.

    Please fix this software.

      It just happened again and took more than a minute to take the mouse selection.
      Now the screen is completely blank (black).

      The error in the log says:
      Connection lost to the NinjaTrader Historical Data Server: hds-us-nt-004.ninjatrader.com

        I tampoco me funciona bien era por si sabia usted como solucionarlo, tengo una prueba de fondeo y no encuentro solucion para este problema

          Please write in to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com with a brief description of the behavior you are reporting and attach your log and trace files to your email. One of our Support technicians will be happy to assist you with this matter as soon as they are available.

          Follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your email.
          • Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
          • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
          • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
          • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

            Yes, I know you want me to send the files, but this never happened at this scale before this newest update.
            I continue to lose my connection to the Data Server. This happened again after 5pm EST numerous times
            until the program finally crashed with the below message.

            *************** unhandled exception trapped ***************
            Insufficient memory to continue the execution of the program.​

            My computer has 24 GB or RAM, 8 processors and runs on an SSD Drive.

            I will send my files in, but this is unacceptable. I have Strategies that run during European opening which could
            have cost me money.

              I have the same problem, but the software hangs and I could not even send in log files.

              This problem has also made all of my strategies apparently unavailable to export to a different machine.

                  Some month ago I also have the same problem that this users:

                  Only what happened to Raul77 happened two times... and I pray to not happened again... But this a problem on Ninja 8
                  About the ATMtrader0001, well it is true, i have many times to close and start again....
                  I delete all cache etc... etc... and this very slow to start... and I have lees charts in same time window that Ninja 7 with some interval of the numbers of the bars... equal...

                  My Ninja 7... work so good... of course have bugs, special in strategies...but worked...
                  How I said in past... I expected until the end of this year to see if this product is better, or I will change to other.
