Chart Not Refreshing: IB Connection

Hi, I use IB Gateway to trade stock. I have 3-4 active chart opened on shorter time frame. I have been facing this issue where chart stops showing the real time bars and gets stuck.
I have to reload with historical data every time to see the bars on the chart. This is causing a lot of issues, could you please suggest what is the way to troubleshoot this issue.

Hello, thanks for writing in. Please make sure you are running only the supported version of either TWS or IB Gateway, the supported versions are listed here on this page:
