Missing Registry Key

I am trying to use an installer for a piece of vendor software... The installer is looking for this key to validate the NT version...

Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\NinjaTrader, LLC\NinjaTrader 8\cmp1D5712F56A484964B7E6DF5CA8BE3EC3

Interestingly enough, there is no Ninjatrader LLC folder at all which is strange since NT8 works fine with no issues... 8.0.27.1

Solutions? I could run the Ninjatrader installer again but I'm curious why it didn't install the Ninjatrader LLC folder in the first place....

Which vendor software is this?

I would have thought the presence or absence of this (or any)
registry key was considered undocumented and subject to
change with any new version.

That being said ...

I just checked, I have fairly pristine NT8 installation on Win11,
version 8.0.27.1, and yep, sure enough, I do see that exact
registry key you mention.

I'd suggest you try uninstalling and then re-installing.
