    Forced upgrade?

    Whats the meaning of the message that just popped up saying I have to upgrade by 23rd June?

    Isn't it the case that you would be unable to connect to Continuum/CQG if you do not update before the end of June because new server security certificates are required? You can update to the latest 7.0, 8.0.28.0, or 8.1.1.6 and any of these have the new certificates.

        This is an update that is required to be able to connect to CQG based connections. You can find more information on how to upgrade to each particular version in the link below:

            if you don't use CQG or Continuum, do you still need to upgrade?

              This update is only required for CQG users, but is recommended for all users as we always advise running the most current version of the platform.

                I upgraded today to latest 8.1.1.6 version and now my real time trading is disabled.My SIM account is OK but my trading account is grayed.What happened?Thanks.

                    Thanks.Today It's even worse.I restarted NT and I noticed I have no brokers listed.Replay only.

                      Hello Jurase,

                      Thank you for your reply.

                      If you are only seeing the Replay connection, then it sounds like you have not yet enabled Multi Provider mode. You may do so by going to Tools > Options > Multi Provider. This will return the Connections menu to it's previous functionality.
