Error In Upgrading

I received 'Installer error 0xc0000139 when I tried to upgrade to 8.0.28.0 or 8.1.1.6. Install failed.

Please advise.

Hello, thanks for writing in. Please first try uninstalling NinjaTrader from the Windows Control Center then try installing again. If you can not uninstall, please use this tool to uninstall:

Fix problems that block programs from being installed or removed - Microsoft Support

The Program Install and Uninstall troubleshooter helps you automatically repair issues when you're blocked from installing or removing programs.

After this, try installing again. If neither of these methods work, please write an email into platformsupport at ninjatrader.com to resolve this.
