Lost Global simulation & configure connections

I have the new Ninja & I've lost configure connections & global simulation. Not sure how to set up Rithmic.

Thanks! License Key is gone from the help menu & Global sim option is also gone. Is global sim replaced by the log in live or sim?

Correct, when not in multi provider mode simulation would be connecting to the demo account while live will connect to your live account only.

I’m not seeing the option to load my license Key. Also I don’t see the rhythmic or Continium connections. Can you LMK what is going on please?

It sounds like you may still need to import your license key. Please reference the guide below on how to import your License Key to your new NinjaTrader user:

Thanks for the support!!!! I got my connections going! I’m stuck with the license key. It’s not an option in my help
menu in NT & in my Account dashboard-plans section I also don’t see it as an option.
