missing a week ?

Could you please see attached and try to find out why Ninja data feed has a missing week no.5 back in 2014?
Data feed - Ninja trader continuum
hours template : 24/7 - data series type - 1 week
contract : CL 03-14

I just tried downloading that chart and see week 5 listed in the platform. have you tried to delete the data and redownload it from the server?
