Hello, thanks for writing in. The latest build of Interactive Brokers is not supported for connecting to NInjaTrader. The stable version (TWS 10.19.1k/IB Gateway 10.19.1k) can be downloaded here:

Please uninstall the version 10.22.1M and install one of these then test the connection.

TWS always does an auto-check and update upon connection with the TWS server. Won't it just auto-update and cause the same problem even though downloaded and rolled back to the stable version? And where is the info on IB/NT8 incompatibility issues to be easily found?

Hi, There should not be an auto-update on the TWS version you are running. If there is, please reference the Interactive Brokers help desk/documentation on how to turn this off (In my past experience, I have never seen TWS or Gateway update on its own). The supported version of TWS/IB Gateway will always be hosted on the page that I linked above.

okay. Just installed your requested version of TWS and it's still not showing unrealized profit just as in the screenshot, while in a live trade. No biggie I guess since the unrealized works fine in TWS and everything else works as expected. Hope you get it figured out.

Hi Bortz, I apologize for the oversight, but I checked our documentation here and the Unrealized PnL will actually not show for any IB connections:

Thanks Chris. It used to work fine not so long ago, so I'm a bit puzzled why it stopped working.
