NT on a PC without a physical monitor

Hi guys
NT on this PC is used for the alert system, after every restart a message about windows outside the screen appears
That wouldn't matter so much, but unfortunately it blocks the alert message
Is there a way to turn off window control in NT off-screen?
Or is it more appropriate to set up a virtual monitor?
Does anyone have experience with this, how to solve it?

and one more question, will it be possible to somehow skip the login screen for automated accesses in version 8.1.xxx?

ok one thing solved
the problem was that the default monitor had a lower resolution than the RDP desktop on which I placed the windows and saved the workspace
setting the default monitor is not easily available if you are connected via RDP, for this case I used VNC
