ninja pop up warning notice.

hello, I get a warning. what does it mean?. Was there a problem with may registration? I am usjng Ninja from apex funding through tradovate, I attached a pic of the warning. I would like to trade the cme and hope it wont be a problem, I tried to contact apex and have been waiting most of the day for replies with no avail. please help

Hello,

This indicates the connection you are using is not subscribed for live data. If using an Apex connection, I would ensure your connection is setup to use the username and password provided to you by Apex. This may also be occurring if you have multiple connections active, and one of which does not have live data.

Thanks Ryan, yes you were correct, I needed passwords from apex, one other question: I signed up through apex funding and using ninja through tradovate credentials, when I registered with ninja I down loaded ninja version 8111, Do I need to update to a newer version or is this version compatible with cqg?

The update is only required for users connecting via CQG, however we recommend all users update whenever convenient to ensure you are running on the most recent version of the software.

I will be trading futures, my confussion is that I have ninja version 8.1.1.1 i dont see it on any list, I use ninja through a prop firm apex which offers tradovate and ninja, I am new to this arena. Is version 8.1.1.1 for use with prop firms, and already updated? Im afraid to update and lose connection offered by apex tradovate user and passwords that link me from them to ninja, if I have to make an account with ninja with different user and pass other than that which I was given?
