    Issue with Global Crosshairs

    Okay, This is the 2nd time I'm seeing this issue. Is there any reason why "all of a sudden" global crosshairs fail to work? On scrolling (or rather, trying to scroll) to the last bar with Global crosshairs active, the charts keep bouncing back? I'm having to turn each chart individually to Local Crosshairs to see the last bar. Other than a restart, is there anyway to fix this issue? I tried turning crosshairs off and then reactivating to no avail. Reloading all historical data doesn't help either.

    Hello aaadetos,

    May I confirm you are updated to 8.1.1.5?

    May I have you close all open workspaces, and in a new blank workspace open two new charts with no indicators and no templates applied, and confirm the behavior can still be reproduced?

    Would you be able to provide a short video demonstrating the behavior?

      Hi Chelsea.
      No, I'm on 8.1.1.3. When I close the workspace and open a blank one with 2 charts and no indicators or templates the behavior goes away.
      I didn't use Jing as I need windows 10, so I used Chrome's screen recorder to record but the file size is too large: 8.8MB for less than 30secs....

        I see that you are using an old version of NinjaTrader 8. Please update NinjaTrader 8 to the most recent release by following the steps below.

        To update NinjaTrader
        • Shutdown all programs including NinjaTrader *important
        • Download NinjaTrader from the link below
        • Double click the downloaded file to execute it
        • Follow the on screen instructions
        • Restart NinjaTrader

        After updating to the most recent release, please retest to see if the behavior persists.
