    moblie app not working unable to log in

    Hello shani77,

    Are you able to log into the client portal website with the credentials that you are trying to use? https://account.ninjatrader.com/welcome

    Are you using two factor authentication? If so you may need to go into your settings and approve the device you are trying to use the app from.

      Hello,

      the system is not recognizing my email. This is the only way to retrieve or create a new password.
