My account disappear from my dashboard. I only can see the sim one. What can I do?

When you say 'sim' account, you are referring to the Sim101 local simulation account?
By dashboard you are referring to the Accounts tab of the Control Center, and the not the dashboard in the Client Portal, is this correct?
Who are you connected to in the Connections menu of the Control Center?
May I confirm you are updated to 8.1.1.5? (Help -> About)

Thank you for clarifying.
To see your live account or trade your live account, you will need to import a live license key into your user account in the Client Portal, or purchase the Multi-broker addon in the client portal.
