Bar is not matching the time zone

I trade with a friend who is in the Eastern Time Zone while I reside in a Central Time Zone.

I want to make my chart match theirs as we call out / discuss different entries.

The issue I’m facing is that I’ve changed my desktop to reflect the Eastern Time Zone. I’ve confirmed in my settings: Tools - Options - General that my time zone reflects Eastern. Yet their 11:30 bar is my 10:30 bar.

What might I be missing in order to get things aligned?

After updating the Time Zone on my desktop I did perform a resync my desktop clock as well as restart NinjaTrader.

Any thoughts to what I’m missing?.

    Hello DirtyGoats,

    Thanks for your post.

So I may accurately assist you, please answer all of the following questions:
    • What version of NinjaTrader are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 8.0.?.?)
    • Who are you connected to in the Control Center > Connections menu? This is displayed in green on the lower-left corner of the Control Center window.
    • Do you have the same instrument and interval selected in your chart window as your friend's chart window?
    • Have you right-clicked on the chart window and selected 'Reload all historical data' to reload the historical data on the chart?
Thanks in advance; I look forward to assisting further.

        Thank you, Brandon.

Happy to report that reloading the historical data fixed this. Didn’t think of that because I figured shutting down and reconnecting to my data source would’ve triggered a fresh pull.
