Platform stuck in SIM mode

Platform stuck in SIM mode
With Global Simulation mode off, non of my Live accounts when selected, go into Active mode and give me the lighter grey color in the Chart Trader. If I attach a strategy it says sim, I went into settings and forced the strategy into an active state, but my Chart Trader is still dark grey. Any Ideas on this one?Tags: None

So I may accurately assist you, please answer all of the following questions:- What version of NinjaTrader are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 8.0.?.?)
- Who are you connected to in the Connections menu? This is also displayed in green on the lower-left corner of the Control Center window.
- Who is your broker?
- Do you have the Multi-provider option enabled or disabled in the Tools > Options > General tab?

What version of NinjaTrader are you using?
8.1.1.1 64-bit
Who are you connected to in the Connections menu?
Tradovate, IB and wedbush
Do you have the Multi-provider option enabled or disabled
Multi Provider is Enabled. This has been working fine, I have not ever seen this problem before.

Just to confirm, you are aware that a NinjaScript Strategy applied to a chart does not use the same account as Chart Trader, is this correct?
The account for the NinjaScript Strategy is selected in the Strategies window in the Account drop-down. Changing the account selected in Chart Trader will have no effect on the account selected for a NinjaScript Strategy.
Please update to the latest release.
Currently NinjaTrader has released 8.1.1.5.
Updates to NinjaTrader will contain the latest security updates and bug fixes, as well as occasional new features and instruments.
To update NinjaTrader- Shutdown all programs including NinjaTrader *important
- Download NinjaTrader from the link below
Click here to download NinjaTrader - Double click the downloaded file to execute it
- Follow the on screen instructions
- Restart NinjaTrader
