Trade Performance window blank in desktop

    Trade Performance window blank in desktop

    I can see my orders from today in Account Data, but the Trade Performance window is blank.

    If I click the Filter icon everything else is blank too.

    I saw an older post about this but that was regarding a Sim account. This is a Live account. Is this being worked on?

    Hello pdmill22,

    There was an issue that needed to be corrected, tracked with ID # NT-1355, that was corrected in 8.1.1.4.


    May I confirm you were on the latest release 8.1.1.5 when these orders were submitted? (Help -> About)

      I found that bug report so downloaded 8.1.1.5 64-bit but still see the same screen.

        Hello pdmill22,

        Have you placed a new entry and exit (complete trade) since updating?

        If so, is Mult-provider mode disabled?
        Are you in Simulation or Live environment when placing orders?

          I made some trades today after updating and still blank, although I did not notice your comment about multi-provider mode until after my trades. I was trading Live.

          Multi-provider mode was checked, so I unchecked it and still get a blank Trade Performance screen. I will make some trades tomorrow with Multi-provider turned off and let you know.

            Thank you for that information. With Mutli-provider disabled this would let me know you are trading a NinjaTrader account (and not another brokerage) so I can report this to our development.

            May I have you please send an email to support [at] ninjatrader.com so that I may collect the log and trace files? Please include a link to this forum thread.
