    I use TeamViewer almost constantly (the desktop one, not the web-based one) and my charts look normal. My version says 15.41.9 today. Have you tried the different options under View in the top menu such as Optimize Quality, etc. and tried clicking on Refresh Screen?

      I am interested in replacing TeamViewer if there is a good alternative anyone knows. I've looked at some others in the past but TeamViewer had a superior setup for using multiple monitors and now they have web-based remote control, which is nice.

        TeamViewer kicked me off their platform. It's very easy to hit the
        time limits for their 'free for personal use' option and have restrictions
        imposed. They try hard to convert you to a paying customer, so be
        aware that 'accusations of abuse' are just a part of their sales tactics
        to make you buy one of their expensive yearly plans.

        Admittedly, I think TeamViewer is very good, but it is very expensive.

        I switched to Splashtop, which has truly unlimited always free for
        personal use on your home LAN, which makes it close to perfect
        for me, otherwise access across the internet costs money. Plans
        are not that expensive, usually half the cost of TeamViewer.

            Thanks, I've been checking it out.

            I only need occasional remote access via internet for a couple
            of family member PCs, so their free version may be perfect.

              May I also confirm this can be reproduced with the most recent release 8.1.1.5?

              Is TeamViewer up-to-date, 15.41.8?

              Are you using a 4k monitor?

              Does the issue persist after restarting the computer?

                  I TeamViewer into and out of computers with 4K monitors routinely, and the other side doesn't always have the same... is there an issue in that area I should be aware of?

                    Hello Bruce,

                    Officially 4k monitors are not supported at this time and there can be some weird behavior (even without using teamviewer).

                    This doesn't always occur, but has occurred with enough users our development has stated this will be unsupported until there is a permanent fix.

                      That's interesting. I use 4k monitors like I said every day and I've never seen anything bad happen. I wonder what is happening in that case. I'm surprised to hear 4k monitors are officially unsupported - they're really quite common.

                        I had trouble displaying charts during remote sessions but when I switched to https://www.helpwire.app/ which is free and unlimited, the issue vanished. Can't say for sure what the exact reason was but it did the trick for me.​

                          A very security conscious developer I know only uses RustDesk and it has proven to be very affordable (free for the "Free self-hosting plan"), really good features (all open source too), and reliable.
