ERROR: My Rithmic for NinjaTrader Brokerage:

Hi. I closed my data connection to run my weekly backup, and now Rithmic won't connect. It's giving me this screen: ERROR: My Rithmic for NinjaTrader Brokerage: Please check your account connection parameters and internet connection (Login Failed).
Nothing has changed in my connection settings and Rithmic has worked fine all day. Any idea why it suddenly won't connect?

Who is you broker?

If you're sure your username/password are correct
in the Connection settings ...well ... double check.

If you're with a Rithmic based prop firm, are you
able to log into R/Trader Pro?

If they NT8 and RTP both fail, contact your broker.
If only one fails, problem is somewhere on your side.

As bltdavid suggested, please check if you are able to connect with your credentials in R|Trader Pro. Please let me know if you are able to connect or not. If you receive an error in R|Trader Pro, you should reach out to your broker for additional assistance.
