hot keys dont work could take even 30 seconds to enter a market order trade. cant close position cant use this broker or platform always issues

Please write in to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com with a brief description of the behavior you noted and attach your Log and Trace files to your email. One of our Support technicians will be happy to investigate this matter and assist you.

Follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your email.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

I have posted elsewhere about serious problems occurring with the server side order setup when you have the multi provider mode turned off. I had massive delays when placing orders and was unable to cancel a number of orders. I understand that the server side stop loss and target setup is in beta mode and have been trialling it in sim mode for the last 2 days. There is no way I would currently consider it for live trading based on what has happened to me in the last two days.
