    UPROFIT Evaluation not Working with Latest Version

    After importing the license 10 times,
    Enabling Multi Platform and 6 hours later.
    ReInstall 8.028 and all is working fine.

    Uprofit blames you and your support blames UProfit.

    Hope you get it solved.

    If you have found that there is some problem with connecting in the most recent release and have also contacted UPROFIT support it would be suggested to contact the platform support team so that we can review your account. You can send an email from the platform by going to help -> email support. Please include the email that UPROFIT had sent to you with the information on why you needed to contact NinjaTrader support. That is so we have a better idea of what needs to be done or what was suggested by UPROFIT

      They did not give any specifics, they claim that the new platform is not supporting their evaluations and it's a bug that needs to be fixed by you, if they had provided any useful information I would have already posted that, nothing but generalizations....

        This sounds questionable - I would be interested to hear what exactly it is that doesn't work on 8.1.1.5.

          Hello Heycorky,

          Without them listing a specific reason it may be that they have not updated to the most current release yet, I am not sure. If they know there is some bug and they require that you use a specific version please ask them what version you should be using so that you can connect. Please also ask if they have a NinjaTrader bug id, we issue an id for any bug that was reported so that we can track it, with that ID we could look at the status of that and see what is happening there.
