"Show Volume" Not Working Properly On Volumetric Chart

Hi,

I reported this problem several weeks ago. I was giving a workaround to have the wicks show on the candles when using the Volumetric chart by using an overlap with a 2nd data series.

Everything works accordingly until you click "Show Volume" which adds the volume profile to the side of the right of the volume metric bar. However, this also shifts the candle from the 2nd data series to the right, causing the candle to overlap all the data to the right on the volumetric bar.

Is there a fix in the works for fix this issue?

Did you report this via another forum thread or via email? If it is in the forum, please provide a link to that thread and/or request an update in that same thread rather than creating a new one. Thank you for that information and for your patience.

I have reached out to Clayton and it was determined that the reported behavior is expected. That said, we submitted a feature request on your behalf requesting a change to the desired behavior where the bars would not cover up the data to the right of the bar when "Show volume" is selected. The internal tracking number for your feature request is 3915. Please reference this internal tracking number when contacting Platform Support if you ever have questions regarding this feature request.

As a workaround with the current behavior, you could try toggling the z-order of the bars so that when the bars are shifted over to line up with the data on the right of the volumetric bar you may try to bring that data to the top layer of the chart so it is still visible.
