Gold data on FXCM connection?

Hello,
is it possible to retrieve XAUUSD data (gold) on FXCM connection?
I am opening a XAUUSD chart but it comes empty.

You'll probably need to go into Tools -> Instruments, pull up the XAUUSD entry that is of type Forex, go to the FXCM field, and type in XAU/USD. This is assuming they are feeding it in the expected way.

I Know this is an old thread... I had same trouble and was using wrong symbol - needed to be using @XAUUSD to be able to trade gold with FXCM feed.
