    Instrument not updating in real time

    Hi I have one instrutment MES JUN23 that is no longer updading in real time since 1 day ago... I already tried most of the possible solutions like:
    - Creating new workspace.
    - Restarting everything.
    - Reconnect connection (I use tradovate).
    - Removed the strategies linked with it.

    How can I fix this?? The rest of the instruments work correctly...

    Are you seeing any errors or warnings in the control center log when you try to chart the instrument?

      No erros in logs just these warnings...​

        Hello Prizax,

        The strategy warning should not relate. Just to confirm you have tried a new empty chart without anything applied to it correct?

        Can you also check the superdom or level 2 window if you subscribe to level 2 data. That would help to know if its only a chart problem.

        You may additionally want to reset the instruments to the server defaults to see if that helps. You can use the control center -> Tools -> Database management -> update instruments. Check the first 3 boxes, you can leave the remove user added instruments unchecked.

          Correct even with a new empty chart is still not working...

          With SuperDOM its making a weird visual bug flippling btw the next 2 imgs...

            Also lvl 2 shows the live data and did the update with the data management options and still its the same not working

              Hello Prizax,

              Thank you for the images, there may be some kind of delayed data happening here. Please at this time try restarting the platform and reconnecting to check if the data is working correctly. If it is not please use the Help -> email support option and include your log and trace information so that we can look into your account. Please specify in the email to platform technical support that your MES chart is not updating and seems delayed
