Order filled, order pending audio notification

Is there any way to turn this off without muting the volume on my computer.

Best I found is on the speaker icon on windows on bottom right -> right click -> Open Volume Mixer -> mute NT.

You can disable/remove sounds from the platform by going to Tools>Options>General and scrolling down to the 'Sounds' section. Clicking the small 'x' at the right of each action listed will remove that sound file and disable it from occurring.

Hi Ryan, the sounds have just started again from nowhere and i've followed the steps above and can confirm nothing has a sound file attached. I've also turned off all the audio notifications from my tradovate account but still can't get it to turn off. Can you please advise, cheers.

If you have confirmed there are no sounds enabled under Tools>Options>General>Sounds, this would indicate the sound is coming from either an alert, indicator, or 3rd party script within the workspace. You may want to open the alerts log window to see if there are any alerts firing in the background.

If you're still unable to determine the source of the sound, I'd recommend closing the workspace and creating a new workspace to see if it persists in a new workspace. If no, then the previous workspace has something in it set to play sound files. If it does persist in a new workspace, please let me know.

To control sound volume level of NinjaTrader and other apps separately, install EarTrumpet. It will give you a volume slider for each running app.
