Unsubscribe from emaii communications

I'm not able to Unsubscribe from email communications.

I understand that sometimes this exception apply:
We are required to send you this non-promotional communication without the option to unsubscribe.

But I'm not even able to Unsubscribe from promotional communications like your latest email:
Updates and analysis from NinjaTrader for the upcoming week

That shouldn't have come to me since I had unsubscribed a week ago.
I think that this has something to do with the unsubscribe button or link which is autogenerated.

I do not see an option at account.ninjatrader.com under the User Profile -> Settings to manage these notices. I do see an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the emails. NinjaTrader Support will need to clarify if there is a proper procedure for this that they follow if it is not that obvious one.

The unsubscribe link at the bottom of the emails leads to the following URL:

https://lp.ninjatrader.com/email-unsubscribe

Which web browser did you use when you filled out the unsubscribe page last week? I suggest trying a different web browser and/or clearing the cookies and cache of the original browser used and filling out the web form again. Be sure to check for any typos in your email prior to selecting the "Unsubscribe" button to submit your request.
