Upgrade 8.1.1.3 error in CONNECTIONS after it completes

Hello Support,

I have upgraded NT to release 8.1.1.3.

After the upgrade all my Connections are now gone AND I can't add any connections back onto Ninjatrader anymore either.

The dropdown menu under Connections now only has "Playback". There is NO Add Connection menu item.

I'm a Lifetime user and I connect with Kinetic and IB.

Please Help.

Maybe it should be a default setting in the release rather than hide it and force yet another thing on someone who is upgrading..

I believe it was intended to be the default when upgrading from 8.0 but not for new users who by definition are on 8.1 going forward. There might be a flaw in the implementation.

Thanks for your notes.

QuantKey_Bruce is correct. The 'Multi-provider' option should be enabled in the Tools > Options > General tab to see/use configured connections.
