Need Help...Too Many Failed Logons.. Cant start up NJT 8

Hello,

I had to re-install NJT 8 v 8.0.28.0
I made a typo mistake in the password and had to many logon attempts...

NJT is also telling me that my password is wrong now too...

I waited a couple of hours and then went to log on.. My password had caps on a few of the letters. I didn't cap those letters in my password.. I had then typed in my password to many times until I got locked out.. NJT does not let you see your password as you type it in, nothing but asterisks.. Moral of the story..?? Type your password in "right the first time"..

Thanks for your notes.

If you enter the username or password incorrectly too many times you will be locked out of the platform and can retry after one hour passes by.

You may also consider writing in to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and report that you were locked out due to too many login attempts and a Support technician will be happy to assist you as soon as they are available.
