    Historical servers de-sync

    Hello,

    I have an issue when I use some HDS, for example: hds-us-nt-014.ninjatrader.com

    Minute data missing from day 05-04-2023 to 17-04-2023 for NQ 06-23

    I've already tried to force the download but it doesn't work, if I change the HDS (disconnect and reconnect the data), the data appears.

    Can you check the HDS sync to be sure all of them have the same data?

    Who is your broker?
    Which version of NinjaTrader are you running?

    Have you checked the 'db/minute/NQ 06-23' folder to
    see if the files representing your date range are missing?

      Thanks for your post.

      So I may accurately assist you, please write in to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com with an answer to the following questions and your Log and trace files attached. Please title the subject of the email "Missing Historical Data - ATTN: BrandonH" and in the body of the email include a link to this forum thread.
      • What version of NinjaTrader are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 8.0.?.?)
      • Who are you connected to? This is displayed in green on the lower-left corner of the Control Center window.
      • Who is your broker?
      • What are the exact dates or times of the missing data you are reporting for NQ 06-23?
      Follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.
      • Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
      • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
      • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
      • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.​
