We have seen a similar error message come up for other clients, and after checking for and installing Windows updates they were able to install successfully. I would recommend installing all pending Windows updates by going to the Start Menu > Settings > Update & Security. Please keep checking until there are no more available updates. You should also make sure your PC meets the minimum requirements listed on the installation guide here:

Here are some troubleshooting tips to take:

1. Make sure you are running at least Windows 10 with the latest updates installed.
2. Delete all of the installers that you have downloaded, Fully uninstall NinjaTrader from the Windows control panel, then download and run the latest installer from your account here:

If both of the above steps do not solve the installation issue, there is something wrong with the Windows installation. If possible, test on a different PC. In the case where the specific Windows installation is not working, the fastest but most profound solution is to completely re-install Windows 10 or 11 after saving your important files to an external hard drive. The alternate solution is to have your PC diagnosed by a Windows expert to fix the current Windows installation.
