Does 'Auto Close Position' also Disable Strategies?

I want all my (MES) positions closed to avoid paying the holding fee or forced liquidation fee; so I told NT Options=>Trading =>Auto Close Position to shutter down at 1:44 PM (PST) but then the Strategies are disabled and don't come back on when the new session begins (3:00 PM). Is there a way to make this happen?? Is this expected behavior? And yes, the log shows that the Strategies are being disabled, one by one after flattening.

Yes, what you have described is expected behavior. Anytime a "Close" action is completed to close a position on an account or instrument that has a strategy running will disabled the strategy. What you could do instead is create your own script that uses the Account class to detect if a position is open at a specified time (like 1:44 PM PST) and if a position is open, it submits a market order to close that position. This should achieve the goal of auto-closing the position as well as keeping any other NinjaScript strategies running. For more information regarding the Account class, please see the links below:
