[Suggestion] Add the possibility to select the workspace to load in the login window

Hey guys,

People are complaining about the login window because, from the users' point of view, this window serves no purpose.
So, give users a purpose: select the workspace to load.

Many people have many workspaces, choosing before loading is the most logical.

I will note this item as a feature request to the ongoing login screen improvement requests. For reference to users, the current functionality is to load the last workspace open when the platform was last shut down.
