different bars in tick chart

GM,
i have a ES 2000 tick chart, but bars are compeltely different from other people who have same 2000 tick chart, same connection (rithmic), same number of days in the chart, same instrument settings (Trading hours: "Use instrument settings"). I tried to clear the cache, to close and reopen the platform, to reload all historical data, but still different.
Why?

That would be expected, tick bars are built by tick data. For two charts to be identical they would need to have exactly the same ticks. Generally you can only have identical tick charts if both charts are started before market data comes in and all historical data between the two charts was identical before the market starts trading. Once entering realtime the charts would start building the same. You could still see differences if one PC is using a different data provider or has a missing tick. When you start a new chart during a trading session some ticks will be missed as the historical data is processed and it begins building bars, they won't have exactly identical data. They may initially look similar but will start becoming more and more out of sync.
