Stsck data connection

I have connected the Ninjatrader desktop to the Interactive Brokers stock data feed. Upon creating a stock chart an error message appears saying that
there are no market data permissions for ISLAND-STK. Requested market data requires additional subscription for API. See link in Market Data.
Unsure of what to do from here. thanks for any help.

You probably need the US Equity and Options Add-On Streaming Bundle for $4.50 USD / mo or similar. You can configure this by going into your live account on IB and editing your Market Data Subscriptions.

Bear in mind that in TWS you can still see quotes there because it will revert to using snapshot data rather than streaming data, but to use the API to connect with NinjaTrader you need to be able to stream.

Bruce is correct. The message indicates there is no real-time subscription for the instrument.

In TWS, hover the mouse over the instrument added to a row and this will let you know if there is no subscription. There will also be a yellow dot.

NinjaTrader will only be able to load instruments that have an active subscription from Interactive Brokers.
