    Error - Orderflow + features not working after purchasing Lifetime License

    Hi,

    I've doing an Apex evaluation for the last few weeks and I've been trialing Ninjatrader as they provide a free license which I imported at the beginning.

    I subscribed to the Orderflow + package as my strategy requires the additional tools.

    After using NInjatrader for a few weeks I quite like it so yesterday I decided to purchase the lifetime license. However I've found a problem. As soon as I opened Ninjatrader after the purchase none of my Orderflow indicators worked anymore and I got an error 'Please go to the Plans section of the Client Dashboard to add 'Orderflow +' functionality. The dashboard says I have an active Lifetime License. Has anyone found a similar issue and resolved it? I wonder if there is a conflict with the initial license I imported from Apex.

    I'm not sure what's going on. I've contacted support but they haven't come back to me with a solution which is really frustrating as I cannot really trade optimally without the additional indicators.

    Hello javier1892,

    After changing the license did you go back to the dashboard plans section and check that you still have orderflow+ added? If you see that it is added and still are getting that error you would need to contact support for further assistance with your account. The support team works monday-friday so if you wrote in on the weekend you wouldn't have got a response yet. Once the support team has processed your request you will get a reply email with further direction.

      For everybody's future reference this was successfully sorted by Tech Support. There was an issue with the upgrade which was sorted after removing and re-adding the lifetime license to my account.
