Hello, Is there a way to control where the NT8 windows open. When I open an Indicator window it opens outside of the screen and I can not reach it to move it. Also it does not show this window on the task bar so I can max it either. See image below. Please advise. Thanks.

There are different ways to do this, but one way is click on the NinjaTrader icon on your taskbar so it pops up the thumbnails like you did there, then right click on the thumbnail in question, and choose Move from the popup menu. You can then use your cursor arrow keys to move it to where you want it, even if the starting point is off the visible monitor space.

Hi designer, thanks for your question and thanks for your answer Bruce. I use the same method to move windows shown here:

https://www.alphr.com/move-window-wi...0press%20Enter. (Alt Tab to the Window, Alt Space to open the menu, then M, then press one of your arrow keys to attach the window to the mouse)

Make sure to save the workspace after adjusting the window position.

When I right click the chart thumbnail at the bottom it does not let me select the Indicator window which it is the window I want to move. It only let's me select the chart window thumbnail when the indicator window it is not open. For some reason the Indicator windows are not shown in the thumbnails. ( see image below). Some programs have a settings option to open dialog boxes at the center of the screen, Is there an option for it in NT8?Thank you.

Hi Chris, I am not able to get anything when keying Alt-Tab at all. BTW I am using Windows 11. It seems the only solution is to move the chart window to the bottom so the Indicator dialog box comes within the monitor screen area. See image below. Thank you.
