cannot see commissions in Analyzer (optimization and backtest)

    cannot see commissions in Analyzer (optimization and backtest)

    Hi I used to see commissions included ok in my Optimizer/Backtest results, but now(?) I don't see these... could you please help me understand how to include these?

    Hello momchi,

    Thanks for your post.

    First, enable the 'Multi-provider' option in the Tools > Options > General tab.

    After enabling the 'Multi-provider' option, go to the Accounts tab in the Control Center. Right-click on the Sim101 account > select 'Edit account' > and set a Commissions template.

    After adding a commissions template to the Sim101 account, open a New > Strategy Analyzer window, check the 'Include commission' checkbox, and run a backtest on a strategy (such as SampleMACrossover).

      Hi Brandon,
      this worked only after I added a commission line for MES manually under Tools -> Commissions. Maybe you guys need to check and add the micro- symbols too?

        Hello momchi,

        Thanks for that information.

        I see that the MES instrument is missing from the Free and Monthly commissions template in the Tools > Commissions window. I have reported this to the Development team so that they may look into this matter and provide a resolution for it as soon as possible.

        Please let me know if you have further questions on this topic.
