Glow behind Candles

I came across a YouTube that displayed the candles with a color glow as can be seen in the image below. I am wondering how I too can achieve the same effect.

It is possible that the video was made using a chart background image. You may apply a background image in the chart properties window with these steps:

• Right-click a chart and select Properties
• Check the box for Chart background image
• Select the file to be used for the image
• Click OK to save and apply the changes

Otherwise, you may need to try and contact the person who uploaded the video for more information regarding the image shown on their charts.
