^TICK not loading data properly with Continuum

Hi,
I'm having some issues getting ^TICK to load in real time. Is this expected with the NT continuum data feed?

Hi, Please try "^TICKDJ", I am not seeing any instrument definition for "DJTIC"

You can find all of the default indexes under Tools>Instruments.

When I write "TICK" or "^TICK" I get the same log message from above. When I write ^TICKDJ I get this:

Though I'm not looking for the Dow Jones TICK index, I want to access the NY stockexchange TICK. Is this available somehow with NT continuum subscription?

Hi Magzor, You may not have subscribed to this yet. You will need to log into your user account in the web browser here and then go to the profile icon at the top right>Settings>Plans>Market Data>Subscribe>Customize Data Subscription>search for "Tick" and you will see the option for NYSE TICK index data.
