Can't connect to providers

The Simulated Data Feed not connecting is unexpected.
May I have you run the repair from the NinjaTrader installer?
With the Rithmic for NinjaTrader Brokerage connection, are you able to connect in R-Trader successfully?
If after running the repair if the Simulated Data Feed is still unable to connect, or you are able to login to R-Trader and still not NinjaTrader with the same username, password, and system selected, please send an email to support [at] ninjatrader.com for further assistance.Chelsea B.NinjaTrader Customer Service
