    How to know if Rithmic data is down?

    Does anyone know how to check and see if Rithmic data is offline or something? For whatever reason I am not having success with logging into rithmic data, and I am looking for a simple way to check online to see if its a temporary rithmic outage during the overnight, or a ninjatrader problem?

    When this happens I dont want to sit around and wait to confirm the issue later, I would hate to sit down for the trading day and have to troubleshoot problems.

    Rithmic does seem to have alot of outages, but I really want a way to confirm if its rithmic instead of just "wait and see"

    The current Rithmic outage is very severe, and is being worked on.

    How to know?
    Well, when NinjaTrader connection fails, something is wrong.

    But if the R/TraderPro connection also fails, then something is really wrong.

    If you have accounts at multiple Rithmic-based prop firms, and they all fail
    to connect, they something is really really wrong.

    Hopefully, your prop firm brokerage sent you an email.

    Some prop firms have a status page.

      I looked around kind of on a surface level on apex site and rithmic and didnt see anything, but I didnt dig very far. I was hoping there would be a site or announcement page somewhere that would quickly update planned outages and/or unplanned outages, just to be able to keep up with them and/or set alerts around them. I never got an email or anything alerting me to the issue.

      rather dumb that these things happen without warning and without a company update as they happen, considering how much is at stake for most people.

      Rithmic always seems to have problems and outages with never an update that I can find.

          Hello,

          As this mostly affected evaluation and combine users most provided an update to their customers via email or their site. Our website chat also had a popup regarding an outage during the event as well. As always, feel free to write here or to our support team as well.
