Can't connect to my Apex account

Hi everyone, I want to start trading through Apex but when I try to enter their account there is a problem. I write down the password and the name they brought me, go into Rithmic and connect (it works), go into Ninja and write down the same details there as well and it connects to my demo account with 100 thousand dollars (my portfolio is 25 thousand dollars)

I don't know if it's related but when I log in he sends me a message:

״When using a NinjaScript strategy it is best practice to only work with passed by value data from OnExecution. Instances of multiple fills at the same time for the same instrument might result in an incorrect OnPositionUpdate, as sequence of events are not guaranteed due to provider API design.”

Welcome to the NinjaTrader forums!

The message is just a warning to let you know that the execution update and position update events are not guaranteed to be in order. This means if you are coding a strategy, do not have logic that is dependent on the sequence of these events. Use the execution object only in OnExecutionUpdate.

If you are not creating a NinjaScript Strategy, you can ignore this warning.


Regarding the connection, is the connection failing with an error or does the connection connect showing a green dot in the Connections menu of the Control Center?

Have you imported a license key in to the Client Portal?

The truth is, I didn't put the key, maybe that's why? As for the green dot, yes, it simply appears in the account that was simulated with 100k dollars

From my understanding in the Apex connection guide there are instructions to obtain a license key from them and import this into your account.

This enables the Multi-Broker Addon which allows your live account to be shown and become tradable.
