Error installing latest Ninja trader desktop app

Hello, I am getting following error. Its a first time installation.

Windows 11 Home and 64 bit operating system

Thanks for the reply. This is a new laptop and I just started using it by installing Ninja Trader app. I am not sure what could be wrong with a new laptop !

I have seen this happen before, and when you look up that temporary file it's trying to execute, it turns out to be zero bytes - the download is being intercepted before it can run. Try disabling any antivirus or antimalware software, including anything the laptop came with. Also, try downloading it with a different browser (if you're using Edge, try Chrome - if you're using Chrome, try Edge).
